In the main menu, click on the upper left “Status” bar.
It is made up of 5 parts:
This section displays the number of connections that have occurred over the past 24 hours. What you will see here varies depending on the size of your location but if it’s showing as 0 it might be time to give us a call!
This section shows the last time and date that the hardware on your site checked-in with us. If it’s been a while since we’ve heard from the device this usually suggests an error with physical setup stopping the device from reaching the internet.
This section indicates that your device(s) can export a config from BLACKBX. This means that we have full visibility over your location for monitoring and support purposes.
This section checks whether your location has been integrated correctly. For example, checking for a secret with a radius site or a controller hostname of an UniFi site.
Finally, the Facebook section checks if your location is successfully integrated with Facebook.
