Submit a Ticket
This is where you can manage your subscription(s). Here you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch your plan to annual billing (10% discount!).
1. Click on your profile in the top right and select ‘Billing’
2. Select ‘Subscriptions’ on the left then click ‘View’ on the right of the subscription you would like to manage.
3. You will be presented with a screen allowing you to up/Downgrade your plan and switch to annual billing
4. After making the desired change, press ‘update subscription’ at the bottom right.
