Follow this guide to set up the email template which will send out to visitors in your venue and ask them for a review. If you have setup integrations with Facebook or Google reviews as per this guide all reviews greater than 3 stars will be posted to Google or Facebook.
1. Navigate to the 'Reviews' > 'Submissions' tab.
2. Next, click the green 'edit email template' button.
This will bring you to the email that will be sent out to visitors after they leave your venue asking for a review.
3. Along the top of the screen set the subject, sender and length of time after the guest leaves your venue for the email to send.
4. Now on the left hand side of your screen upload a header image such as your logo, set the background colour, title and message you would like to send. it will look something like this:
5. You're all done! Make sure to setup the integrations with review platforms using this guide and all users who rate more than 3 stars will be pointed towards there.
