1. Navigate to the 'Reviews' tab.
2. Next, click the template button on the top right under your profile.
This will bring you to the email that will be sent out to visitors after they leave your venue asking for a review.
3. Along the top of the screen set the subject, sender and length of time after the guest leaves your venue for the email to send.
4. Now on the left-hand side of your screen upload a header image such as your logo, set the background colour, title and message you would like to send. It will look something like this:
5. You're all done! Make sure to set up the integrations with review platforms using this guide and all users who rate more than 3 stars will be pointed towards there.
